We are only happy when you are happy which is why we have a 'No Quibble Money Back Guarantee' returns policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase/s then, depending on the method of despatch, you either send the item back to us or we will collect it from you at no additional charge. Alternatively you may choose a different item as a replacement for the unwanted initial purchase.
Please note that items being returned must be unopened and unused, in 'as new' condition. If your item has been opened it cannot be returned for a refund.
There are some items that cannot be returned for a refund if unwanted, these items are the range of Professional TV Stands that are designed for exhibitions / conferences and offices.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have completed your order and received your goods you are entitled to advise us of your wish to return, or have collected, the item you have purchased within 7 working days - Beginning the day after delivery of your goods.
You must retain the original packaging and the item must be returned to us in 'as new' condition. In this instance the buyer pays the postage
What if my item is faulty?
If the item you have purchased is faulty, or develops a fault within its guarantee period, then we will be happy to either replace or refund according to your request.
